Terms of service

All of our pots are hand thrown and individually glazed, meaning that no two pieces are exactly the same, even within a set.

Individual listings details the approximate dimensions and/or capacity, and whether or not the item is dishwasher or microwave friendly. 

Do not put gold lustre products in the microwave! It is real gold, and therefore a metal. Dishwasher soaps may chip/fade the gold over time, so we suggest gently handwashing gold items.

Rarely, we will list items as 'Seconds'. Seconds are items that have some imperfection:

• One-off test
• Minor glaze imperfection
• Slightly warped
• Size varies too much 

If a listing is titled 'Seconds' we will highlight what the imperfection is in the photos. We do not sell pieces in which glaze imperfections have compromised integrity or function of the item, but please use the zoom feature to ensure you are comfortable with any irregularities of Seconds.
