Do you take custom orders?
We’re unable to take on custom orders right now. We love a chance to develop an idea and experiment, but we find it hard to focus on the many projects going on at any given time. What we make is constantly changing, so drop us a message with ideas and maybe we can make it happen in a future restock.
Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, except for our gold line. Our pottery has been built for daily use: treat it mindfully but not too preciously and don't be scared to dishwash and microwave it (except for gold lustre). Do not put gold lustre products in the microwave. Dishwasher soaps may fade the gold so if you're worried about that consider handwashing pots with gold lustre.
Local pickup (Naniamo, BC):
At checkout, select the ‘local pickup’ option. If using Apple Pay this option doesn’t show up so use the code “Local” to avoid paying for shipping.
You will receive a notification with pickup days and times during which you can choose a pickup time.
How is shipping calculated?
All orders are shipped with Canada Post (with tracking). Shipping is dependent on weight and the size box we can fit your piece(s) into. We do our best to pack things safely and efficiently. Differences in shipping are refunded if shipping is cheaper than what you paid.
