If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, please message us and let us know what the issue is! 

Good Wheel Ceramics will not be responsible for shipping costs for items you're returning because you don't like it. The buyer will need to cover return shipping and ensure the package is packed safely and arrives in the condition you received it. We will issue a refund once your item is returned safely.
